Refund policy

A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like PayPal, Visa andMastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees. If you buy our software but it doesn't work on your computer, we may give you a refund within 30 days of purchase depending on the issue/request. However, there will be a fee of up to 25% of the purchase price to cover our operational costs. 1.we deactivate the application 2.we reassign the serial number 3.we update the service system database 4.we process the refund in the PayPal system, 5.we notify the user electronically 6.we are assessed fees for your return. We also don't usually give refunds, sales are normally final, so make sure you really want to buy our software before you do. Before you buy our software, you need to read our refund policy. We only sell our software for Windows 10 and higher. It won't work on Android or IOS. We test our software on standard Windows setups and with the minimum system requirements mentioned on each product web page, but if you make big changes to your computer or another software is blocking our application to work properly, we are not responsible for that. When you buy our software, you'll get a serial number. This number only works on one device and can't be shared with other people. If you want to transfer the software to a new device, you need our permission and we might charge you a fee. By buying our software, you agree to these rules.
